Bringing you deeper underwater, SSI XR Extended Range Diving Course places more emphasis on team diving, procedures and emergency protocols. During this course, you’ll gain a better understanding of the different types of technical diving and learn more about decompression diving.

Course Pre-requisite

  • At least 18 years old

  • 50 Open Water Dives

  • SSI Enriched Air Nitrox or equivalent

  • SSI Deep Diving or equivalent

  • SSI XR Extended Range Nitrox Diving or equivalent

  • SSI XR Sidemount Diving or equivalent (if doing the course in sidemount)

Course Equipment

  • 1 Stage Cylinder and Regulator

  • Primary and Back-up Multi-gas Computer or Bottom Timer

  • SMBs with Spool/Reel for appropriate depths

  • Back-up Mask
